Need more coffee... Kept lookin' at those results and I was trying to figure out how to word the question about everyone being VERY slow.

And after staring at those results for about 3 minutes, I realized... 5-miler, not 4! So yeah, there were some pretty dang fast people out there! :D

Looking back, it was my favorite race of the year. I ran a very conservative race which I kind of regret now but I had no idea what to expect. Bernheim Forest is a beauitful area and it was a perfect morning for a run. Kriston did this one also and she runs there a lot. She ran an awesome race. They also had a 5K and if I would've ran that instead, with my best time I would been 5th overall, 1st in age group. That just proves the more serious runners were all doing the 5 Miler.

Thanks for posting this, I didn't know they were up!

I'm slow...so thanks for saying I ran a great race. It WAS a great race for ME, but not comparatively! I LOVED it. Had a lot of fun doing it and plan on doing it next year too!
