I did a pitiful 2.6.

What? I had a rough day at work...and I was trying to beat Joey home to have some ME time...LOL

Might do a little strength training tonight. My arms have really been losing energy during my runs lately. I don't quite know what the problem is but focusing more on upper body can't hurt--even though I already lift and do push-ups SEMI-regularly.
