I'm still tryin' to figure out how well the body is gonna re-coop if I do KDF the weekend before.

I'm hoping that if I do a HM with a few local guys in February, I'll have a better idea if I will have enough recovery time.

And even though I just noticed it this morning over on RW, I'm kind of pumped about the PumpAndRun!
