I'm leaving in just a few mins to meet Tom at Iroquois to run the hill. I feel pretty good this morning so I hope it goes well. My body my say otherwise after we start but we'll see. It's cold out there but I'm not scared of a little cold air.

7 Miles @ Iroquois. It included running to the top, and around the bottom loop. It was a great run. One of the best I ever!!!!

ugh, I'm so not used to this laptop...I've had to retype my post 3 times because I had web assistant on and my stupid thumb keeps taking me back to the previos webpage, so I lose my post.

I just turned web assistant off.

Anyhow, I was saying that I got on here JUST to see how you guys did today! I'm SO happy it was a great run. Let me know how you're feeling in the morning, though! LOL Honestly, it's not usually TOO bad the next day, just the stiffness--but the night of is when I actually feel the most discomfort in my achilles, calves, feet and ankles.

I apologize for not heading out with the coffee and donuts to provide torture for you all during the run. I instead slept in until 8AM, and woke up and did the usual French Toast Sunday for Joey and I. I also added in the eggs and turkey bacon for me...soy sausage for him.

Guess what? I made Joey shake my hand and promise to meet me at Cherokee Park immediately after work tomorrow. I'll probably do the loop once before he gets there but he's promised to do ONE loop with me, even though he's already complaining about how cold it is! LOL

Thank God I made it through THIS post...no more web assistant for me, even though I LOVE it.
