Scheduled easy run of 4 miles at a slow pace that I definitely won't be able to maintain because it's too slow. Plus, I think my new, lighter shoes might actually make me feel lighter, fluffier :) and faster.

4.1, easy.

Shoes were okay. I think my legs don't particularly like the cold weather yet. Other than that, I'm good! Waiting for dinner to get out of the oven though! SO HUNGRY!

3 miles at Cherokee. Really enjoyed it after I got out there even though I wasn't looking forward to the cold.

I always hear how hilly it is at Cherokee, but since I haven't been there on foot, I can't vouch.

I've always assumed Iroquois was more hilly than Cherokee, but am I wrong?

I concur. :mrgreen: They are both hilly, but in my opinion, Iroqouis is more so.
