Speedwork for me tonight in the frigid air!!!!!! :-k If I don't feel 100% after my warm up, I won't be doing any speedwork. Instead, it will be just a light jog for a few miles.

Good god! What a disaster. I get to the track early and they are about to have a powder puff game!! I then go to community park and they only have lights on one side of the loop. I came home and ran around the 'hood!!! 3.2 miles and I was pissed so it was faster than my normal daily runs, all under 9mpm.
