I'm thinking a slow 2 miles to warm up the calves and see how the shins are going to do tomorrow, some good stretching, and a medium core workout.

Prior to the workout, I warmed up with some Ranch flavored rice snacks. Had to follow the salty with the sweet...YOU KNOW HOW IT BE, SON!
