Today was a good race for me. I ran the entire race without having to walk, and ran it in 39:44. That's a a first for under 10 mpm, maybe. Apparently the course is officially only 3.8 miles, although my Garmin and mapping with MapMyRun.com both put it at 4.2 miles. Whatever the case, it was still a great run for me.
