Hippiedigger posted on Runners World about possibly doing a 10K on 11/1. I happened to come across this race yesterday before I saw his post and found it intriguing so I told him on Runners World that I'm in if he's in.(I've yet to get a response but I'm assuming he was going to do it anyway)

My question is, who else is in?

Actually, yeah, I think that would be great. I might rearrange my 5K races (I'm spending too much money lately) to drop one and pick up the 10K instead. I love 5Ks but it would be great to get a little more racing distance in before spring '09.

I may have mentioned this already but I'd really like to do the Thanksgiving Day 5K. I dunno if I'll be having Thanksgiving dinner at my house again this year or not but if so, that would be very difficult for me to pull off! Planning is key there, I guess!

Where is the Thanksgiving 5K?

yeah, I am in! I am running the Highlands Cup 5K next Saturday and that will be my only race for Oct. That should give me time to to get ready for the 10K. But yeah, I'm gonna go sign up at Fleet Feet friday.
