 Post subject: My favorite 13-miler

This route may not be pretty, but I like it. It combines a bit of the city, a bit of the park system, a little water.... I find it very peaceful and fun to run. The bit where you run through the bike path behind Jim Porters, between I-64 and Lexington, is absolutely wonderful to run in the morning. I got this from the Ken Combs running group.

Thanks for sharing that, as I've done quite a few runs in that area, just never in that direction. When I up my mileage, I will give that a try!
