I’m 10 days into my new getting fit plan. I’ve worked out 9 of the last 10 days as I ease back into a steady routine. The intensity and length of my workouts are not where they will be in a month or so but I’m just getting back to the basics. Out of the 9 workouts, 7 have been at the new gym and have been a combination of the TM, stationary bike, and elliptical. Next week I will be for the 1st time incorporating an upper body strength and core routine to my schedule. Plan to do this on Mon. and Fri.
So far, I’ve dropped 7lbs.
