Btw, many thanks to @higdonmarathon: your #UltimateTrainingGuide book was invaluable in preparing for and running #RnRLiverpool. Thank you x

Thanks. My grandson Jake Higdon put a lot of time and effort partnering with RacerSites, our provider, to give us the new look. But we hope it is more than that. The whole purpose of the update was to make https://t.co/uhv4ymObDK work better on handheld devices.

I'm not familiar with the shoe model, but some runners are smoother than others, some are heavier than others, so we wear out our shoes at varying rates. Some shoes also may cost less and last less long. We need to search for the perfect shoe, but don't always find it.

@higdonmarathon I typically get less than 250 miles before I have to change shoes. Any suggestions? I need a stability and wear Brooks Adrenaline.
